FAQs

  • Your personal needs determine what happens, and which EnergyWorks practices, in what combination, are most effective for you. Most of all, I want you to enjoy the work, have some fun. Learning to direct energy is self-empowering—and self empowerment in and of itself feels really good!

  • Some combination of relaxed and energized, and with a clearer idea of the part you can play in your own physical and mental well being.

  • Again that all depends on you. Your needs. Your issues - physical, emotional and financial.

  • Wear comfortable clothes. Have a sturdy chair available. Leave room to move if we need it. Make a list of the issues you want to address and questions you might have.

  • Many powerful ‘alternative’ modalities are not covered by insurance and feel like unaffordable luxuries. My goal is to help as many people as possible, and find ways to make that possible financially. In other words, we talk.

    To start, I offer a free 15 minute consultation.

  • I keep group sessions limited to 5 (but the group can be smaller) so I can see everyone on the screen at one time. Sessions start with centering and breath, and proceed to QiGong, and QiGong infused yoga asanas - basically moving meditations that build strength and flexibility through energy directed tension release.
